HISTORY
Both volunteered at Ontario March of Dimes for over 15 years receiving numerous awards throughout that time. Both were entered into the Disability Hall of Fame in 2009. Through the Foundation for the Physically Disabled Persons. (Terry Fox Award) Article published in the Magazine “Y-Not”. 2008 they both received the T. Roy Adams Humanitarian Award from the Region of Niagara. Paul Martin Sr. Award, 2006. The Reverend Roy Essex Award, 2004. Joe Dinely Commemorative Award, 2004. Gary has received the Paul Harris Award, 2002. Gary has received his 10 year pin with Tender Wishes and his “Life Membership”. Jill has received her 20 year pin with Tender Wishes. Jill also received the “Presidents Award” and “Life Membership” with Tender WisheS For the Needy has been in business now for three years. We receive no government grants or loans.
